Sage & SAP integration pipelines that never double-post an invoice.

Robust, first-party data pipelines connecting point-of-sale systems, e-commerce platforms, banking feeds, and warehouse dispatch directly into Sage, SAP, Pastel, and core accounting packages — built with the strict idempotency and reconciliation discipline that financial data demands.

Systems we integrate

Sage Evolution, Sage Business Cloud, Sage 300 (Accpac), SAP Business One, SAP S/4HANA, Pastel, Xero, Oracle Financials, and most SQL-backed ERPs. On the source side: POS platforms, e-commerce engines, warehouse management, banking feed providers, courier dispatch, and custom in-house systems.

Why custom integrations beat black-box connectors

Off-the-shelf connectors promise plug-and-play but fail in the exact ways that matter: silent drops on retry, lost line items on partial failures, no audit trail, and no visibility when something diverges. When you ask the vendor what happened, you get a support ticket queue, not an engineer.

A purpose-built pipeline owned by you is cheaper over a five-year horizon, auditable to the row, and modifiable when your accounting rules change.

What we guarantee

Strict idempotency

Every write operation to the ERP is idempotent by construction. If the network drops mid-post or the ERP returns an ambiguous response, the retry never produces a duplicate invoice, payment, or stock adjustment. This is a correctness property, not a best effort.

Official vendor APIs

We integrate through documented, supported APIs (Sage Freedom REST, SAP's OData services, etc.) so your ERP support contract remains valid. No database-level write-arounds that void vendor support.

Daily reconciliation

Every pipeline writes a daily reconciliation report comparing source totals, intermediate counts, and ERP totals. Exceptions trigger instant alerts to a named person. You know within hours — not months — if a run went sideways.

Transparent audit trail

Every message, retry, and ERP response is logged with timestamps and traceable IDs. When finance asks why line 3 of today's bank statement didn't match, you can answer definitively.
